Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision recently launched a special product quality supervision and inspection for 49 batches of casual wear, which was produced and sold in Shanghai city, and covered the main manufacturers of Shanghai. The inspection found that 9 batches included unqualified products, 5 of which were produced by Shanghai manufacturers.
This spot check was conducted according to the standard QB/T1002-2005 "Leather Shoes" and relevant requirements, the key items inspected were appearance, upper, toe cap, counter, heel, feather line, stitch, welt, outsole, accessory, tolerance of same pair of shoes, whole shoe flexing, sole abrasion, sole loading (sole and upper), heel hardness, heel attachment, shank stiffiness, upper material and markings.
The spot check found that the main failures of the product products included appearance (4 batches failed), sole loading (sole and upper) (5 batches failed), whole shoe flexing (1 batch failed), heel hardness (1 batch failed), tolerance of same pair of shoes (1 batch failed), upper material and markings (1 batch of the existence of upper material does not deserve its name).
