Recently, Shanghai Consumers’ Rights Protection Committee launched a comparison test for knitted underwear in the circulation domain. Among the 40 products inspected, 27 batches were cotton knitted underwear and 13 batches were wool knitted underwear. 13 batches of unqualified products were found in this inspection and the pass rate was 67.5%.

This comparison test was conducted according to the relevant standards, mainly concerning 7 items such as fiber content, color fastness, formaldehyde, pH value, etc.

The main unqualified item was mendacious fiber content (9 batches).
